Featured Creator Terms & Conditions
Requirements, approval standards, and FTC disclosure guidelines for featured creators.
1. Mutual Commitment & Promotion
Featured Creators approved for a 30-day placement agree to include a direct link to FinanceGuide Tools (or their provided tracked redirect link) in the first two lines of their featured video description, and maintain a pinned comment linking to the tool for the 30-day duration.
2. Content Standards & Quality
We feature genuine personal finance educational content only. Channels that promote get-rich-quick schemes, guaranteed returns, crypto trading speculation, deceptive trading bots, or illegal tax avoidance will be rejected or immediately removed without notice.
3. FTC Disclosure Compliance
Both FinanceGuide Tools and the creator agree to adhere strictly to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding promotional disclosures. Where required, creators must clearly disclose brand associations in their video description.
4. No Traffic Guarantees
FinanceGuide Tools does not promise or guarantee specific click-through numbers, viewer conversions, or subscriber growth. Slots are allocated on an as-is promotional partnership basis.
5. Video Embedding & Privacy
Videos featured on FinanceGuide Tools are embedded using YouTube's official privacy-enhanced embed player (youtube-nocookie.com). FinanceGuide Tools does not download, re-encode, or host your raw video files.
6. Right of Removal
FinanceGuide Tools reserves the absolute right to pause or terminate any creator placement at any time if promotional links are removed, or if the creator's channel violates community guidelines or FTC rules.
